In the role of Aftermarket Project Engineer, you will work with sales support and technical support related to service and aftermarket cases. You will regularly present technical solutions to existing customers and be part of the project management for smaller project inquiries. You will work closely with customers via phone and email, with customer visits occurring as needed.

To succeed in this role, we look for:

• Substantial technical competence in security systems
• Experience with brands such as Assa ARX, RCO, SPC, Aptus, or Axema
• A strong service focus and enjoyment of customer contact
• Communicative skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly
• Currently working as a security technician and looking to move towards a more customer- and support-oriented role
• A valid B-class driver's license
